HackerHouse Accelerator is a live-in business residency in the Philippines. Members already run a business with revenue, move into one of the houses full time, pick a single business number, and spend the year trying to grow that number tenfold. It is a residency you rent a room in, not a cohort programme with classes.

There are 6 houses: Makati, BGC, Pasig, Mall of Asia, Quezon City, and Clark. Five are in Metro Manila and one is in Clark, Pampanga, about two hours north.

Rent runs ₱35–120K per month depending on which house you choose and which room is free. Clark is the lowest at ₱35–60K and BGC the highest at ₱75–120K. One monthly payment covers the room and every house service.

11 things are included at every house: room, coworking space, meeting pods, gym, sauna, cold plunge, healthy food, laundry, cleaning, electricity, wi-fi. The list is identical at all 6 houses; only the address and the rate change.

There are two ways in. Either the business already earns at least PHP 150,000 per month, or it is early stage and pre-revenue and you are building it full time. Both are accepted. What is not negotiable is that it is your only business, you have no day job or fallback project, and you can name the single number that matters most to the company.

Makati (Makati CBD, ₱70–110K): The oldest business district, and the shortest meeting commute. BGC (Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, ₱75–120K): The newest build, the cleanest streets, the highest rent. Pasig (Ortigas Center, Pasig, ₱55–90K): Central to everything, priced below the districts it sits between. Mall of Asia (Bay Area, Pasay, ₱50–85K): Open water, flat roads, and the closest house to the airport. Quezon City (Diliman, Quezon City, ₱45–75K): Trees, quiet streets, and the deepest engineering hiring pool. Clark (Clark Freeport, Pampanga, ₱35–60K): Out of the metro entirely. The lowest rent and the fewest interruptions.

Work on the real thing: Members join with one full-time business, not a rotating set of experiments. Guard other people's focus: Noise spreads fast in a shared house. Don't be the source of it. Keep dating outside: The house isn't a dating pool. Leave that energy elsewhere. Say it early: If something is wrong, address it directly before it turns into house politics.
