03 / How the room stays useful

A high-output house needs hard boundaries.

Shared ambition can turn into noise fast. Four rules keep HackerHouse Accelerator useful for the people paying to live and work here.

03The rules

Conduct matters more than charisma.

Nobody gets a pass for being talented. If your habits break other people's concentration or pull the house into personal drama, the room gets worse.

These rules aren't branding copy. They're the minimum needed when serious people share a kitchen, a work floor, and a lot of long days.

03The operating notes

What this means
in practice.

No soft-focus promises. These are the terms behind the page.

01

Work on the real thing

Join with one full-time business. Side projects don't get to eat the house.

02

Don't export your chaos

Use headphones, respect closed doors, and don't make your interruption everyone else's problem.

03

Keep dating outside

This is a work residence, not a private dating pool.

04

Say it early

Bring problems to the person involved before they become group entertainment.

05Apply

Protect the room or leave it.

The standard only works when every member carries part of it.
